Sierpe is the gateway to the Osa Peninsula, known as the most biodiverse area on the planet and the famous National Park, Corcovado. To get to the property you can fly into San Jose, the capital, and drive for 4,5 hours or get a 40-minute regional flight to Palmar Norte, and then it's a quick 20-minute drive to the property.
The property sits in the small town of Miramar on the mountains above the Sierpe river. Two main large building sites with more areas for additional construction feature the glorious mountain and valley views.
On the lower side of the property is a dirt road going to the bottom of the farm where the small picturesque river is located. Where you have water, you have wildlife! You will have so much activity on the property! The Tapir, jaguars, and other rare species are a part of this area's sightings.
