Access to several schools – all within a 15–20-minute drive – makes this community ideal for young families with children. Local medical clinics are within 15 minutes. Liberia airport and private hospital access is within one hour.

As you enter the house – from the covered car port and steps leading up to the front door – there is an open floor plan design – where your eye is immediately drawn to the vista of a beautiful ocean view – just past the covered terrace and infinity pool.
The kitchen is ready for the cooking enthusiast and supports large counter space, ample cupboard storage and pantry – complete with high end General Electric and whirlpool appliances. The cabinetry and countertop space are custom designed to fit the area and allows ease of flow for food preparation.
There is also a water softener and reverse osmosis filtering system in place. The kitchen naturally flows and connects to the open design living area. The counter space provides plenty of room for guests and allows conversation while entertaining – as well as – views out beyond the terrace and pool. What makes the open design unique is the attention to detail with the combination of natural wood. The dining table and entertainment cabinetry is an example of this. Color coordination of the furnishings, wood designs and paint colors – combined – all lends itself to a tranquil setting.
The views from the open space – main living area – walks you out to a covered terrace – through sliding glass “telescoping” doors complete with a teak ceiling finish and ceiling fans. From the terrace you can enjoy the vista of the ocean, mature gardens around the perimeter of the property, hear the birds, watch the monkeys, enjoy the sunset, spring rains during a thunderstorm – all the while – soaking up the “Pura Vida” of Costa Rica. You and your family and friends can enjoy the access to the terrace and watch the outdoors come alive while having your morning coffee or view the stunning sunsets having your evening cocktail.
The guest bedroom is to the right of the living space and has custom design built in closets and cabinets – providing abundant space for storage.
Together with the master bedroom – it boasts its own private west facing terrace – leading to the outdoors and the ocean view beyond – with walk out sliding glass doors. Separate from the other side of the house – you have a private terrace of your own. Between the guest bedroom and the 3rd bedroom – there is a jack and jill shower and bathroom – with doors providing privacy for both sides. Double sinks and cabinetry complete the space for both bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is currently outfitted with custom cabinetry and additional closet space but can easily be converted to an office or a bedroom using twin or bunk beds.
On the other side of the open living area – the half bath is to the right – unique in that there is a full outdoor shower – easily accessible from the indoor hallway or from the outside pool area – using a locked secure door. On the opposite side of the ½ bath is the laundry room – complete with Whirlpool Washer, Dryer, wash sink, and easy access to electronic panel and on-demand hot water heater – allowing plenty of space for cleaning supplies and tools.
To the left of the open living space and past the ½ bath is the Master bedroom – spacious in size. It has a king bed and a full walk-in closet with custom designed cabinetry and plenty of closet and storage space for the discerning woman. The en-suite bathroom is large in size with double sinks and ample cabinet space and a linen closet. Within the shower is a “rain” shower head from the ceiling – giving you an outdoor sense of water cascading all around you – with a view to the lush green area of the property – through the window. You can also take advantage of the easy access to the terrace and pool from the privacy of the master bedroom – through the sliding glass doors.
Outside and hidden out of sight is a secure locked area for tools and mechanical equipment. Also easily accessible is a protected area for the pool pump and soft water system.
Just a few minutes past the house – you will have full access to the clubhouse. “Spectacular” is the word that comes to mind when watching the sunset from this vantage point. Your ocean-view from the club house encompasses the southern vistas of Las Baulas National Marine Park overlooking Playa Grande and the Tamarindo Estuary. It’s a great place to entertain guests, have family reunions and gatherings.
