Shannon Mika

After working 20+ years in corporate America, Shannon and her husband, Scott, decided it was time for a change! Having traveled extensively throughout Costa Rica, they kept finding their way back to Samara where they eventually followed their dream and settled with their family. With vast experience in sales, marketing, communication, project management, hospitality and construction, running a real estate office was the perfect fit.

After six years of running and growing the office in Samara, supporting Gustavo to open Coldwell Banker Playa Coyote was an easy decision. Shannon looks forward to helping connect buyers and sellers with her team and with each other to help further develop the Coyote area in a way that supports the locals who have made it the magical place it is.
